Terms of Use

By using the Siri's Harvest website you agree to these terms. We sell organic and farm-trusted grocery products sourced from partner farms. Listings, prices, and stock may change as harvest and supply change.

Orders

An order is confirmed when you complete checkout. Delivery is typically within 48 hours, subject to the slot you select and product availability. Free delivery applies on orders of ₹2999 and above; a delivery fee applies below that.

Quality

We work with organic and local farms and bring products to you only when we are confident they are good for you. Natural farm products can vary in colour, size, and texture from photos on the site.

Exchanges

We provide exchanges only and do not accept returns or issue refunds. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email photos and videos to sirisharvest@gmail.com within 1 day of delivery. The product must be unopened and in original packaging. Exchanges are processed only after our team confirms eligibility. See Returns & Exchanges.

Accounts

You are responsible for the mobile number used to sign in with OTP and for keeping order details accurate. Misuse of the site may result in cancelled orders or closed accounts.
