How do I place an order?+
Add items to your cart, go to checkout, choose a delivery address, then confirm. Orders are placed via WhatsApp. You can also message us on +91 9502476536.
How do I track my orders?+
Sign in with your mobile number and OTP, then open My Orders.
Do you accept returns or refunds?+
We provide exchanges only and do not accept returns or issue refunds. See our Returns & Exchanges policy for damaged or incorrect items.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?+
Email videos and photos to sirisharvest@gmail.com within 1 day of delivery. The product must be unopened and in original packaging. Exchanges are processed only after our team reviews the evidence.
