We provide exchanges only and do not accept returns or issue refunds.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please send videos and photos to sirisharvest@gmail.com within 1 day of delivery. The media must show the product is unopened and the original packaging is intact.

Exchanges will be processed only after our team reviews the evidence and confirms eligibility.
